Yoga basics
For beginners new to yoga and those looking to brush up on their technique. There will be an emphasis on foundational yoga poses and alignment. Props, adjustments and instruction offered for all levels of practitioners. Cultivate strength, balance and mindfulness in this all-levels class.
Level 1
This class gently builds on the foundations taught in our Yoga Basics class. This is a class that will benefit both beginners and seasoned practitioners. We’ll work with breathing techniques and relaxation to bring your practice to the next level.
yoga fusion
This class is designed to build strength. While keeping within the vinyasa flow style, longer holds and challenging updates to familiar poses will be introduced. This class will focus on creating a stronger, more powerful dimension to your practice. Beginners welcome.
This class is for the advanced practitioner looking to expand their practice. In this class we will explore more challenging poses, including arm balances and inversions. Previous yoga experience (and a sense of humor) required.
Level 2/3 Vinyasa
Designed with the beginner in mind, this class takes a slow and detailed approach to the practice of yoga. With a focus on proper alignment and breath work, we will learn to create a strong foundation for healthy movement.
